(More customer reviews)After some 4+ years the LCD bulb in my Panasonic 50" LCD HDTV finally blew out. Some places sell just the LCD bulb that you have to mount into the old housing. This unit includes the housing and all so you never touch the bulb or dick around with wires and soldering. I think the old was out and this one was in in less than 3 minutes. Very easy! Actually resetting the TV's timer and hour count was more complex than changing the bulb.
This one worked Great for me and I am very glad I spent the extra couple bucks to get the new housing too.
