(More customer reviews)I am very please with the shipping of the product. Received it in a very timley manner. Time will tell as it was around $100 cheaper to purchase then directly from Dell, but if it doesn't last longer than 6 months then it wasn't worth it. Again, time will tell.
So far I am very happy with the product as it was cost effective and it works.
