It comes with an adjustable silver knob on the front that produces a room full of star points and the pattern can be adjusted. I'm wondering if the multi-star patterns might be great for signaling at great distance since there are so many points of light at a wide angel.
Remove the silver know and you have the full force of this laser. VERY bright and can be seen on objects in daylight. Still NOT powerful to burn or pop balloons but it is very bright. Many times brighter than my other
