(More customer reviews)While this appears to be a good deal on a projector bulb that is normally $400-500, the first one popped after fewer than 100 hours on it. Amazon promptly replaced it, but the replacement has dimmed significantly, indicating its imminent demise (the dimming is caused by vaporized metal deposits on the glass, causing it to absorb heat, eventually causing the glass to melt and implode) with less than 300 hrs on it.
