It shows you that you are suppose to start from back panel, open the big plastic screw, and then open smaller metal screws that is holding the front. STOP RIGHT THERE. you do not want to open the small metal screws. it is completely wrong
open the big plastic screw. then go to front and pull the cover by pulling out and up towards yourself. the panel should come out easily. do not yank hard or you will break the connections on the back. once you open that, you will see the small black cover. from there it is ok.
well, almost. putting back the new light is not a snap. you have to line up the connections or it would not go in. don't man handle it to plug it in. it has to be lined up. so pay attention when you are removing the original
