Easy to install with all the necessary hardware included to securely mount a small to mid size video projector to a drop ceiling. The mount plate is fully adjustable and neatly secures above the ceiling tile with 4 screws. The main slide plate for the drop kit (pole or pipe) comes with lock washers and wing nuts for proper placement, and there's more than enough cable to stabilize the mount to the above rafters to meet code. This mount is built so solid, it can tow a tuck, yet is light enough to do the job it was designed for. Words of advice: This is a ceiling tile mount kit only. Although it built well, it is NOT designed to be used for supporting overly heavy objects (like large flat screens or CRT TVs..etc). Those are items a drop ceiling alone cannot possibly support! Plus, you'll still need to get the proper projector mount kit from your projector's manufacturer! Overall, it's a safe product to use if installed correctly to code, and without cutting corners. Easy to read instructions too.
