(More customer reviews)Love this item out of the box. It really worked very well. No issues at all on that front. I had this hooked up to a laptop in our bedroom using our flat screen as a monitor. It was virtually never used. The mouse sat on the charger 24x7. I think I used it maybe 10 times over the course of a year. At about that time, I went to use it again and found the mouse was dead. Keyboard was still fine and worked with original batteries. I sent an email to customer service of gyration but never got any responses as to if there was something I could try to get it working again, or even if it was worth it to try. Silence. Maybe i just got a bum unit, and i would have been fine with that. It does happen, however to not get any response of any kind indicates to me how much any company cares about their customers. On that note, I would not repurchase or replace this unit with anything from gyration.
