NOTE: this is a MANUAL focus this webcam. out of the box it was very blurry for me as well. the focus is is the black plasitic directly around the lens. a slight turn and my video was crystal clear.
So that said, this camera is pretty good. one thing that I don't love is that I can't zoom in or out. When I have it mounted on my laptop, it's a pretty tight view of my head. I'd prefer it panned out a little bit. For $20, this does the job.
