I found that on Favi's web site , there is PDF file of 6 page , which shows how to install it.
Now I have installed the mount. it is very sturdy and strong.
Only keep one thing in mind that you can NOT reduce height less then 15" , so if you want to raise toward the ceiling less then 15" it will not work. If you cut the metal piece it may work great for you. Other than that it is perfect mount.
