(More customer reviews)I decided to go with spending a bit more to make sure the cable worked, but, aout two weeks later--the cable doesn't make a solid connection, so can only get a blue/green tint. For a while wiggling the cable,surely not preferred, worked. Then no longer. Either spend the $6 for generic or get the apple product, I don't recommend this inbetween.
