(More customer reviews)Not Amazon's fault but vendor doesn't understand English. Emailing them is a waste of time. Bought complete assembly so I would not have to handle bulb. Assembly would not plug into my tv. I had to disassemble and install in my old assembly. I could have bought a "name brand" bare bulb cheaper. Said it was a "name brand" but sent me a cheap chinese compatible. Next time I'll spend alittle more to get a better product and service.......
