(More customer reviews)i have nothing bad to say about the product. it came in a timely matter. the bare lamp was hard to put in the casing but that's my fault as it was a little more complicated than i thought. next time i'll probably buy it with the casing even though it costs more. it would prevent any error and would be less time consuming. as long as you're comfortable taking the bulb out of the casing and replacing it, it's perfectly fine. my tv is back up and working just like new.
