(More customer reviews)I ordered this lamp because it was a Phillips, same as original Sony lamp in my LCD tv, and because it came with one year waranty. When I got it the waranty stated was 180 days and I was charged shipping, which was supposed to be free. I emailed the company and they advised they would waranty for the one year but was not refunded the shipping. The shiping may have been my fault, there was a code number to put in on the order which I failed to do. The lamp has been in and running for a week, no complaint, came with directions and allen wrench. I cleaned the lense and installed lamp, I had to decrease the brightness in tv setup with the new lamp. Lamp arrived with in about five days. Happy so far.
