(More customer reviews)bought the projector in 2006, bulb lasted till 2010. Which I think is pretty good, however it was unexpected when it went out because we kept checking the number of hours used and the bulb was not even close to half of its maximum amount.
It's a little tricky to remove the old bulb, but once you got it out the new one fits fine. It's not the quietest in the world but new bulb is super bright!
