It comes with all the right screws that you need (plus some extras?) for mounting either directly on a joist or by using drywall anchors if you between joist bays. The build quality of this is very good and all the plastic parts seem very high quality. Fits the projector perfectly and seems more that strong enough to hold up my projector. The only knock I have on this is that when you go to adjust the projector to try and center the image on your screen, it is a bit tough to get it lined up perfectly. It seems that when you go to move the arm there is some flex and the projector bounces back after you adjust it which makes it kind of difficult to get things adjusted properly.
