(More customer reviews)Bulb came on time in good condition there tech support team emailed me a link to a intructional video so I would know how to properly change the bulb to my housing...after replacement the optical block on my TV began to fail, After commenting to them about it one of there reps called me immediately and advised me to try making a claim with the manufacturer to see if they would cover it and they have agreed to provide me with a free remanufacftured light engine. We are still negotiating the labor.... Thank you guys so much! I would recommend this company and I would buy form them any chance I get.
