(More customer reviews)I use this plus an umbrella clamp to mount my 430EX flash on the shaft of my monopod. Took me a while to figure out the proper alignment, but once I did it works quite well. The previous reviewer is correct about the smell though. It's mildly annoying, but not a deal killer in my opinion.
