(More customer reviews)I installed the mount in my new media room in the lower level of the house. It took some effort to place it and secure it on one joist, but once there it is very studry and firm. It is a bit bulky, but most of it is now hidden above the drop ceiling tiles. It fits my Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 8700 projector. Considering the cost and dimension of the projector, I am very happy to have bought this mount, recommended by Epson for that projector. It is very stable and safe.
