(More customer reviews)The mount worked fine for my InFocus; it sometimes has trouble locking on the "left-right" axis, but that's nothing that a good turn of the allen wrench won't fix.
My problem is with Vantage Point. They have a customer support form on their website, but good luck getting any response out of it. I had mounted the projector in my old house, then we moved, and a part got lost. I filled out the form every two weeks for three months trying to find out how I could get replacement parts - and NOTHING.
At least this was relatively inexpensive, and we don't use the projector that much any more. But it took a few trips to the hardware store to hack a solution, which now looks inelegant to put it politely, and if anybody asks me who makes the mount I am all too happy to reply, "VANTAGE POINT!"
