(More customer reviews)This is a very good looking bag. It is well-padded. The only issue is the handle for holding. It is just heavy plastic. It could have been padded for more comfort to carry a ten pound laptop. BUt if you are going to wear it over your shoulders, you won't have any problems. Overall it is what you'd expect.
