(More customer reviews)People seem to be buying this item expecting it to be VGA to HDMI, or bi-directional. This was made to send the video from your HDMI source, to your VGA display. If you're trying to convert a VGA signal to an HDMI signal, you need to convert and get a proper cable.. much more expensive. ..but stop marking this thing poorly because you don't know what you're buying. It's not a bad product, it's just getting bad reviews from people who can't do research or for that matter, read.
