(More customer reviews)I was tired of pulling wires and almost left my projection screen with just a manual control. I'm so glad I went ahead and added the relay control. It works perfectly when connected to the 12-volt trigger of my projector. It is, however, just a 12-volt relay on a circuit board with some screw headers and double-face taped onto an electrical junction box, about $5 worth of materials. You'll still need to buy wire, jacks, and plugs to connect to your 12-volt trigger and I added a mud ring so I could put it in the wall behind a standard blank double-gang cover. Even though it's overpriced, it really adds the finishing touch on a professional home theater installation.
