(More customer reviews)This company sent me either a defective bulb or the wrong bulb for my television because it doesn't work. Part of the problem is attributable to Samsung who stopped using the original bulb. This created confusion as to what to replace it with since it uses another part number to replace the original. this seller only has 9 a.m.to 6 p.m. hours and I have been unable to get a replacement or reach a human yet. My bulb did not appear to be new and came in what appears to be a refurbished packaging. It was described and purchased as a new item. Steer clear of this seller. Amazon will definitely be hearing from me regarding this.
