(More customer reviews)This was the worst experience i have ever had purchasing a product online. The product ( a TV bulb) was subpar, it showed a grainy picture and was not sharp and very dark. It appeared to be used and ready to go out. The package came with no documentation and no means for returning the item. After receiving an email from them instructing me to return it I did at my own expense. This was after I wrote a negative review on River Valley Electronics.I also reported it to my credit card company. On the form they sent me to fill out they had all of these limitations on what it would take to get a refund. All of this was not stated before I made the purchase. Today they decided to give me a partial refund and did not refund the postage I paid to return it, which was $9 and change. There was no reason for them not to refund the full amount along with my postage.It was returned exactly as it was sent to me. I will never make a purchase from River Valley Electronics again. I will also be reluctant to purchase anything else through Amazon.com. Amazon should have insisted that I get my full refund plus postage. All can say is buyer beware when making a purchase through Amazon.com
