(More customer reviews)Packaging and shipping were excellent. The lamp was easy to install. It worked great for about a week, but then the lamp error light came on and the TV wouldn't turn on. I put the old bulb back in and it still worked fine (just dim from age). While packing up the new bulb to return it, it looked fine (no explosion, no burn out, no discoloration) but it didn't work.
