(More customer reviews)My son asked me to buy him this snagless ethernet cable for his XBOX 360. He uses it to run a signal from my computer to his room for playing online. He also uses it for running to another XBOX for system link LAN parties. The wire was brand new, was a true speedy CAT6 as promised. It has the gold plated connectors which are supposed to conduct the signal better. He says it really seems to move data faster than our previous CAT5 cord. It has nice smooth molded ends and male connections on both ends, what we needed to hook his XBOX into my router. It can also be used as a router cord, or for a PS3. We had previously bought a cord of the same size, different brand in a blue color... and it smelled funny. It sounds weird but the blue one had a terrible odor. This one did not have any odor at all. It arrived fast, wrapped in store packaging, and we were pleased with the seller. I hope this helps you.
