(More customer reviews)I didn't get the right item and I want to return it for credit. I was told that I could to that. However, I don't know the address to ship it to, whether I need a prior authorization number or how much the restocking charge will be. I have emailed and asked you that several times and you tell me the seller will contact me direct. That was two weeks ago. I have emailed them and you several times about this and haven't heard anything from you about the return. Can you interced and ask the shipper to contact me with this information? I want to order the correct item from them, but need to return this first. It is now over a month. Frustrated and disappointed in your system.
