(More customer reviews)I bought this lamp on April 3rd, 2010. Today (2/6/2011) it burned out. The original lamp lasted for nearly three years! I spent $141 dollars at the time and the price has since dropped - but still. I e-mailed DNGO (the manufacturer) but don't expect to hear any good news. In fact, the website almost looked shady as there is NO phone number to call - just a contact form. My next few tasks consist of calling Amazon and pushing to get a hold of DNGO. Until then, I have no t.v. :( Time to upgrade to an LED.
BTW - it should be noted that when I bought this lamp and installed it the t.v. looked amazing... but the life of the lamp is something a lot less spectacular.
