(More customer reviews)This cable does split the image between two screens. In my case, I tried to use it to display on a desktop and projector simultaneously. I'm a teacher and wanted my students to see the display on the big screen. My desktop faced away from the projector, so I needed to use it as well, or else crank my neck around while using the keyboard and mouse. Unfortunately, this cable produces an extremely distorted/fuzzy image, and my students eyes quickly became sore when looking at the screen produced. I strongly recommend that no one buy this cable.
